You can get started right away on either plan by visiting the Resources page. You will receive access to the resources immediately after purchase!

Is there a specific start date for any of the plans? +

There is no set start date for any of the plans. You are free to start whenever is best for you.

The Whole New You 22 does include daily emails for support and encouragement and these emails are coordinated around your start date. You will be able to specify this planned start date immediately after purchase. You will receive a reminder email a few days before your indicated start date and will at that time have the chance to change the date if needed.

All of the Fresh Take 7 and Whole New You 22 materials are electronic and will be available for download immediately following purchase. After your payment is processed, you will go directly to a secure area where you can download the materials.

The majority of the recipes in both of the plans are gluten-free or gluten-free optional. We provide a "key" for every recipe that indicates gluten-free (or optional), nut-free (or optional), soy-free, freezer friendly, slow-cooker meal (or optional), and "quick and easy".
